Student One to One Coaching
My aim in these sessions is to work with young people to build habits and behaviours to enhance their executive function skills so that they can achieve their goals, both academically and in their personal lives.
You’re probably wicked smart — but sometimes it’s hard to show it when your brain feels like it’s running in twelve directions at once. Deadlines pile up, motivation dips, and the more you try to get organised, the messier it feels.
I help you cut through the chaos. Together, we’ll figure out how your brain works, build systems and habits that make sense for you, and strengthen your self-awareness so you can make more confident choices day to day.
Your coaching journey is shaped by your goals and needs, but typically includes:
A diagnostic starting point – exploring your executive function strengths and challenges
Reflection – recognising how EF skills (like focus, planning, and time management) show up in your school life
Audacious imagining – picturing what life could look like if those challenges were easier to manage
Collaboration and experimentation – trying out tools, routines, and strategies to see what genuinely fits you
Think of me as your co-pilot — someone who helps you navigate school life with less stress and more confidence, while building skills that will stay with you long after coaching ends.
“Coaching sessions with Suzanne have helped me to become more aware of my behaviours and thoughts and given me tools to help me get organised, stay focused and get things done well.”
