My ADHD coaching for women and executive function support for adults is designed for women who have spent a lifetime masking, overcompensating, and doubting themselves. Together, we’ll unpack the patterns that kept you stuck, identify how your unique brain works, and develop strategies that bring ease, energy, and confidence back into your daily life.
Your coaching journey is guided by your goals and needs, but typically includes:
Understanding your executive function profile – exploring how ADHD or autism influences your planning, focus, emotional regulation, and energy
Reframing your story – untangling old narratives about laziness, inconsistency, or failure
Building sustainable systems – creating routines, task management, and organisation tools that fit your actual life and energy levels
Developing self-advocacy and self-trust – learning to communicate needs clearly and confidently in work, home, and relationships
