Meet Your Coach
Suzanne Kamal
I have taught English as an Additional Language for over 25 years, in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. As a Head of EAL, my role often involved scaffolding tasks and supporting students to achieve their goals, which included supporting them in their organisational and critical thinking skills.
Both of my children are neurodivergent, and I found myself using those skills at home too. So I decided to train as an Executive Function Coach to get a better understanding of the neuroscience behind habit formation and what is going on in a disorganised mind. This has equipped me with better skills to help students and parents become clearer in their understanding of the challenges, and more confident in overcoming them.
I’ve been coaching students and parents since 2023, and have a particular passion for seeing transformation in young people’s well-being as a result of forming better habits related to executive function.
